Our house is 15 years old, and the tilework in the showers had mildew that was impossible to clean and missing or broken grout. I contacted Grout Guys, LLC about cleaning and repairing everything. Dan, Teri, and Todd (who did the work) were great. They promptly responded to my inquiry and quickly scheduled my free estimate. Dan, the owner, was very knowledgeable and explained everything that could be done to clean and repair the tile. Teri forwarded the estimate to us quickly, and scheduling was easy. Todd was on time, explained the process thoroughly, was efficient, and it looks great! He was even tolerant of our 4 cats and assured me that he would do everything in his power to avoid letting any of them out. After completion of the work, he reviewed what he did and when we would be able to use the showers again to ensure proper curing of the caulking and grout. Dan came out fully prepared, with grout color brochures and great suggestions for what to do. We are trying to sell our house and were afraid there would be no way to improve the look of the bathrooms without having to completely replace the tile floor. Fantastic work. We moved into our home several months ago. Clearly, previous owners have never done anything to upkeep the bathroom and neglected it to the point that especially the shower just looked yucky and smelled off. This was an investment well worth it. The shower and floor tiles look as if we just put in new ones. The bathroom looks newer and obviously cleaner. The smell is gone. And there is no unpleasant sight looking into our shower. They were on time, had a clear process, sent plenty of reminders, and we always felt they knew what they are doing.

I could not have asked for a better experience, from the initial in-home visit from Dan, to a quick turnaround on receiving his estimate, to work being scheduled in for the very next week after we decided to have the work done. Vasile was very professional and transformed our 3 bathrooms into virtually brand-new looking again within two and a half days. We are very pleased with the work completed by Grout Guys, LLC. Our technician, Victor, was super to work with. Always on time, careful about our house, and meticulous in his work. He even came back on Saturday to finish a job that was scheduled for Thursday and Friday because he wanted to do everything right. We had the grout replaced in the master shower, new floor tile in the master shower, and the floors of two bathrooms cleaned and the grout color sealed. From start to finish, everyone in the company was easy to work with and offered great suggestions. We were afraid that we were going to have to replace the entire underlayment for our shower, but Dan offered some great suggestions and alternatives that saved us quite a bit of money. Everything looks so beautiful! I would highly recommend this company.
Our project was a tile shower repair/rebuild. We had a slow leak over a long period of time that rotted the subfloor under our shower stall and surrounding areas. We were concerned that we would have to remove all our floor tiles as well as the shower, and that would have been at a considerable expense. We received no insurance help with this. Dan, the owner of Grout Guys, LLC, came to our home, assessed the damage, and made us feel confident in his company’s ability to fix our problem. Their job estimate was very competitive with other companies, and something about the image that Dan projected made us feel very comfortable doing business with him. His wife, Teri, couldn’t have been nicer or more professional scheduling the work. After saying all this, the technician, Lee, did a wonderful job. He could not have been more considerate of our home, professional in his work, or easier to work with. He simply did a wonderful job, and we could not be more satisfied with the result. If we need tile services again, we will definitely get Grout Guys, LLC to do the work.

We were expecting to gut our bathroom and redo it. We got talked into regrouting it instead. Wow! I never dreamed it would look like this. Saved us many thousands of dollars. We had an old white tile bathroom with ugly grout in the shower, tub, and all the floors from 28 years of use. Now it looks new, bright, modern and beautiful.

I had Grout Guys, LLC come to work on the shower in our master bath. Dan came promptly after my original email to do an estimate, providing some good suggestions on what needed to be done. Michael, our technician, arrived promptly on the day of the appointment, and did a great job! The work was performed as estimated and agreed to, in a timely manner. No mess was left, and he kept me apprised of his progress. It was easy to work with Teri in the office to handle the invoice and payment, as well as schedule the work to get done. Unfortunately, we had gone with a different grout company — a cheaper quote. Big mistake. The other company made a mess of my shower, and I had to ask the tech to leave. I was in tears when I called Grout Guys, LLC back out. Dan reassured me that his company could make everything beautiful again. Their technician showed up on time, told me what he was planning to do before he did it, cleaned up, fixed all the other company’s mistakes and made our shower look amazing. I learned a lesson – don’t go the cheaper route!
